A bonus not working is usually due to one of these issues:

The deposit did not meet the minimum requirement of $10
You deposited after the eligible first deposit was already made
The bonus wasn’t selected or activated during the first deposit
The 30-day playthrough period has expired before completing the required table fees or wagers
You haven’t generated enough table fees (poker) or wagering (casino) to release funds
You haven’t played real money cash games or tournaments, which unlock the Poker Welcome Bonus
You’ve exceeded the $2,000 maximum bonus amount
Your account is linked to another with an existing claim, which violates the one-per-IP and household rule
An incorrect or expired bonus code was attempted
