Bubble Protection is a feature that refunds your buy-in (including fee) if you bust just before reaching the money –— a.k.a. the “bubble.” You qualify if you register early using eligible methods.
You’re eligible if:
✅ You register before the tournament starts (Early Pass)
✅ You make your buy -in using Cash or Satellite-earned ticket
If you meet the criteria and get eliminated during the bubble period, your entire buy-in (entry + fee) is refunded to your unused balance automatically.
The bubble refers to the finishing positions just outside the payout zone. The number of bubble spots varies by tournament size and is calculated dynamically based on entries.
Refunds are processed immediately upon bust-out, if you qualify. No need to contact support.
No. If you unregister before the tournament starts, your Bubble Protection is void for that event.
Yes! As long as each entry is made using eligible methods, and your original registration was before the tournament started, your Bubble Protection remains active.
